This product is for dry skin and I could see the difference 2 weeks after using it. I have been using this for years, but now that it has been improved (parabens removed and DNA Repair0 added to the product it is even better!! I have extremely dry skin and this helped with the dry patches and the redness, now the new product is even helping with my sun damage. You only need a small amount to get a lot of moisture, so for me it is worth the price.

This PCA SPF is excellent for those who want sun protection and a smoothing moisturizer in one. A little goes a long way.

I have blue eyes and pale skin and I live in L.A., so I have to wear sunscreen every day. I have tried a LOT of different sunscreen-moisturizer combinations, and this one is by far my favorite. (It’s also the most expensive, but to me it’s worth it.) Other sunscreen-moisturizers felt like I had stuff on my face, and I’d spend most of the day patting oily spots. With this one, my skin looks and feels good, even after I’ve had it on for hours — even if I reapply. And the sunscreen seems to be very effective.

I got a generous sample of this at a local store and have been trying it for a few days. The product is tinted a pale purple. It does not replace foundation for me. What it does is create a sheer white veil on the face. The clerk said it’s not supposed to tint your skin or replace foundation, it’s supposed to "eliminate redness." Well, I have a lot of redness, and after trying it on half my face (with my regular sunscreen on the other half) nobody I polled could tell the difference. Still, it’s a nice-feeling formulation and should work well as a sunscreen.
