This product is for dry skin and I could see the difference 2 weeks after using it. I have been using this for years, but now that it has been improved (parabens removed and DNA Repair0 added to the product it is even better!! I started using Neova Manganese skin brightener by chance, I had used other brightener and none had work until now. At age 36, I was not expecting to have hyperpigmentation around my outer eyes.
